OUR INNOVATIVE EMPOWER AND EMPLOY PROGRAM
Purpose:
The Empower & Employ program is designed to address the persistent challenges of unemployment, mental health issues, and lack of skill development among marginalized youth in Southeastern Nigeria. Through a blend of personal growth, career development, and mindset training, the program equips young people with the digital skills and tools required for sustainable livelihoods. These opportunities include wage employment, gig economy roles, and entrepreneurship. The program also fosters civic engagement, digital literacy and leadership through one-on-one mentorship, aiming for a holistic escape from poverty.
